The receptionist, Jane, is awesome, friendly, always helpful and smiling!!
The suite was well kept, well stocked with kitchen utensils, comfortable beds, with awesome view.
The kids playground was a great place to spend time with the kids.
The lunch served was authentic Korean meals.. simple, quite tasty n affordable at krw7,000 each.
Quite near to Phoenix Park Ski Resort, taxi is only krw 13,000. |

We stayed in a suite, consists of 2 bedrooms ( Queen bed + 2 twin bed) and a small but functional kitchen. Kids enjoyed the sled, trampoline, hammock & they love playing with the dogs ( Aruni, Elf & Polly).
Manager Judy was very helpful, together with the chef ( didn't manage to get her name), very loving & cared for my kids a lot.
Snowfall on 3rd night stay. Very exciting for kids & the whole area was covered with snow the next morning. Superb view !! Love this place a great deal. Though it may not be perfect in every aspect, it serves us well. |

Will be better if there is buggy service transporting quests around in the resort as it is really challenging to walk downhill without suffering any falls when the snow starts to melt away. |

Europe Village style lodge |

The Village look like an Europe village. From outside, you can see very western style but it is located in Korea. It have a little farm and some children facilities. Although they seems a bit old but my children (six years old) are enjoy it. They allow to play firework with limited choose. My children are very happy since they never play it before. Inside the lodge, it has a room with double bed, a Jacuzzi bath tub, an open kitchen and a BBQ stand kit. |

"The staff are extremely friendly. They help us ordering taxi and making sure we have the ride to get back to the hotel. We didn't get the full snow view as it weren't snowing that much when we were there. They provide free transportation to ski resort, and the people in the ski resort are extremely friendly too. My kids loved it there. " |

"I ordered room for 3 adults, but the room is relatively small that I don't think 3 adults can fit in the room. My daughter got to squeeze at the corner of the room with the extra mattress they provide us." |

Highly recommended romantic resort for couple or family stay. Very nice view during winter although not really convenience because you need to take cap to reach the resort. Highly privacy and you can prepare your own bbq ingredients to enjoy private bbq area with your loved one. |

Location is not great but the staff are helpful and friendly. The view is okay and closed to Phoneix park . However we met some bad weather then feeling kind of waste to stay in the hotel for the whole day as nowhere we can go. |

"Met other visitors and they said the wooden houses are older and dirtier w some foul smell. For us, we lived in the newer stone house equipped with a wooden bath tub and message chair! Superb esp after a tiring ski! Lovely place if you hv young kids as you don't want to hang around in the street in this freezing cold!" |

"1st time bit difficult to get to because Google map only shows the way by train, not by express bus! You can take express bus from Incheon airport to Pheonix Park ski resort(?3-4h), followed by <10min taxi, or, you can take Subway Line2 to station214Gangbyeon江邊, then take the Express bus at DongSeoul Bus Terminal, to JangPyeong (2h). The breakfast is so-so. The restaurant only provides traditional Korean simple meal" |
