The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They all spoke very good English. Great location to where the Winter Olympics will be in 2018. |

"The beds are not comfortable and the hotel is old and run down. It is also not very easy to get to. You have to take buses and taxis. If the bus is full you have to wait two hours for the next one, try to plan well." |

Great little hotel in the mountain for skiing or just sight seeing. Was there in the winter and the view was breath taking. Apart from that the stay is pleasant and cannot ask for more for that kind of budget. |

Rooms are situated on the hill with gradient which pose difficulty with large luggage. Advice to ask the front desk for help with moving luggage. |

The concept is great with the place designed with kids in mind. Toys in the rooms all working and in good shape. |

The first room I booked was a studio and it was just not in any way big enough for two adults and a child and had to upgrade at quite an expense the studio being over $200 already! The grounds were filthy and in need of serious upkeep. Animals both caged and wild - petting zoo is disgraceful and we didn't sleep at all with all the cats outside moaning all night! |

Very nice stay, cute rooms. Can use more towels in the bathrooms, surprisingly very warm rooms in winter time. Very cozy |

"We loved the resort but the name in English ""elf Pension"" is so different from the real Korean American if ""fairly in the woods"".. They should change their name to reflect the Korean name! " |

"Room was comfortable with floor heater, Decoration of Resort, Playground. It was super good experience with our first white christmas overseas! The design of the resort & decoration of the resort gave us more seasonal feel :D The staff was friendly with regards to my inquiry. Breakfast was delivered right to your door step and if you are craving for chicken, the staff will help you with chicken delivery too! Even though is just 2D1N, but I really enjoyed my stay over there :D" |
