Breakfast starting at 9:30 is too late and the breakfast options were very limited. There is a small grocery store on site, but the selection there is also quite basic. Room heating seemed to get off at night, because it was 19 degrees when we woke up, when it was 23 in the evening. Value for the price was not good. |

Magical Winter Wonderland |

This is really a winter wonderland for children. There are many activities for them within the hotel premise, the snow sleigh, the playground, the frozen pool. Our children had great fun playing here. However, to get to the hotel, you need to drive through a stretch of unpaved road. It would be better if the hotel can have some streetlights or lightings to direct car to the hotel, especially those who arrive after dark. Overall, the experience in this hotel is still magical. |

"The design of the rooms are those from fantasy land. Will be a Christmas dream comes true for kids. Once we rented our ski gear, the ski shop offers to give us a lift daily to and return from the ski resort. The design of the room is definitely for kids. We have never seen hotels of such designs other than seeing them from cartoons! " |

"The location is quite hard to get to. We took a bus from Seoul, then switched to a taxi from the bus terminal. There was no taxi stop so we took a long time to find someone who could communicate in simple English to get us a taxi to get to Elf Pension. One warning to everyone is that it is truly Elf Pension, everything is of Elf size, especially true for the bath towels. The bath towel is of size that you use it to wrap your wet hair. " |

It was lovely. The reception can speak English which makes things so much easier. The first room that assigned to us, the cold water pipes freezes, they quickly changed our room and staffs came to help us with the bags, too! And we enjoyed the magic show on the first night! |

Had a good time at the Elf Pension as the children enjoyed the place, with the sledging, playground, animals etc. It is self contained and kids can have a full day of fun playing without going out of the place. Family-friendly resort kind of stay. |

Need to bring towels to the reception to change new ones. Also convenient store's choice quite limited. |
